Course Overview

Baby Talk & Tummy Time is a one and a half-hour training that teaches childcare professionals and parents how to boost key developmental skills in infants through daily communication and movement. Offered both in-person and online, this interactive course covers baby sign language, reading facial expressions, using rhythmic language, singing, and quality tummy time. Participants will learn how to engage infants through animated facial expressions, exaggerated vocal tones, physical touch, and responsive conversation. Strategies for safe, monitored tummy time are shared to build neck strength, motor skills, and sensory processing. This practical training provides easy techniques to stimulate cognitive, language, and motor development through loving interactions and plentiful tummy time.
